@Prof3ss0r_M1k3 Rao players are very persistent and create chaos for stealth pilots, so I had to avoid entire regions of the maps in conquest to T1 both stealth helis. I've wrecked the entire air teams playing Rao on breakthrough manifest map hiding up high as my team AA's them constantly from the ground. A single tactical Rao is probably one of the only characters than can turn a match by themselves by eliminating air and land vehicles dominance on a small map of breakthrough...
