Re: What happened to the communication?

If there's any doubt regarding the impression that dice have lost control, it's the communication strategy.

Or, at least, the huge yawning chasm where a communication strategy should be.

Somewhere along the line, Dice have allowed themselves to simply disconnect from the player base. I honestly can't tell if it was a deliberate act, or just an unintended consequence of some other idea.

The lack of a communication strategy is all of a piece with the poor, and often utterly unwanted, changes made in 2042 from previous BF titles.

There seems to be no sense that Dice care one bit what anyone else thinks of their games.
