Both C5 and the recoiless work. If he stands you can shoot him in the toes .. if he goes crouched you run faster than him. I dont find Dozer broken to be honest, ofc if you get stuck with him inside of a building that's kinda bad for you, but I think that's the idea of Dozer and his shield, to clear infantry inside buildings.
