If you're waiting for EA/Dice to comment on this "official" forum of theirs in regards you your questions, well my friend I would suggest ya get comfy because its probably gonna be a while.
My suggestion would be to start streaming YouTube videos and start asking them on Twitter as that seems to be the fastest way to garner their attention to give/receive feedback.

They can't even get normal XP ranks to work properly. I already had to do the same rank twice.
I can't imagine what double XP would do to the game. Players that are already max level can't earn XP and complete the weekly BattlePass missions.
