No reason to be insulting. @ElliotLH is a community volunteer, not an EA employee. Also, nothing he said deserves a disrespectful remark.
I don't know what else you want to hear. We all agree that EA needs to communicate better but you asked about the feedback loop and we answered when you could expect to hear more about it, etc. .....and then you become disrespectful to someone trying to help answer your question. ....unbelievable.
