Re: Why did they not put an A10 warthog in the game

@not-_-smart88 By 2042 the warthog will be pushing 70 and the f22 will be mid 40s

That is pretty old for combat aircraft that arent bombers

F22 still looks pretty modern. Just call it the F52 or something and do some minor visual mods like with the M1A5.

Hmmm... So Jet Mains can complain there is ANOTHER airplane the can't fly because the Heli Mains keep stealing all the air vehicles?

I know, I know....    Jets need their own slot... blah, blah, blah...

@CloverDeuce It's already confirmed the next update* will change up the vehicle categories and hopefully that means Jets will finally get their own Category.

*the term "future update" was used... so hopefully 2.2 and not 3.0.
  • I think it should be added just for the sound effect of the main gun.

@CloverDeuce If Jets and helis were in separate categories I wouldn't care. I just wish the stealth helis was never added. Iv always been an attack heli fan since bad company 2. Still remember pre season days when the Apache was king 😔
  • @sk1lld I think that you'll find that they're going to remain in active service indefinitely because they're that effective in what they do.

“They have re-geared up, we’ve turned on the depot line, we’re building it back up in capacity and supply chain,” said Air Force Materiel Command chief Gen. Ellen Pawlikowski" Our command, anyway, is approaching this as another airplane that we are sustaining indefinitely.”

I'm anti-war but the A-10 is a beast that has to be admired.
