Have you tried a regular game then a Portal then back to a regular game to see if that kicks it loose?

I mostly play as a portal and I played very little normally!
I will definitely test this, thanks - @yasin1989ir Potentially it'll be due to the XP/Mastery rating on the server. Try playing a few rounds of All Out War, like Conquest or Breakthrough, and seeing if the kills increase.
