@AuramiteX Can you be a little bit more specific?
When I speak about classes, I do think about BF4 classes. Because those are the most customizable classes in the Battlefield titles I played.

But there are many aspects why people don't like the Specialists in comparison to Classes with the current implementation.

1. Every Specialist may use each weapon.
2. Every Specialist may use all general gadgets
3. Specialists can only use one gadget, instead of two (BF4)
4. Specialists have special gadgets and perks, that don't fit into a Battlefield game
5. Specialists have a name, gender, background story
6. All Specialists use the same character models on US and RU sides

So my point is, there may be a lot of people that don't like the Specialists, but having played a few matches I realized that they share some of the shortcomings with the Specialists like only one freely choosable  gadget in the class. Which for me was the main issue with the Specialist, besides the locked in outlook of the characters.
