The beauty of a game like battlefield is that you don't have to be the vehicle * or the best ground and pounder there is to impact a game.  You could just be the harassing AA gunner.  The back cap protector, the lone distracting spear in a buggy or personal carrier who gets the enemy to focus on the wrong thing at the right time, etc.

K/D is definitely a measuring stick but it all depends how you get there.  PTFO is how you win at BF.  If you whored a tank and had most kills and no deaths in a game you lost.  You are the epitome of a kid who got a participation trophy.
