I always wondered if that's even working properly.

On a normal PC/console you have the delay from your device to the server and back to you.

On cloud gaming you have a delay from your input device to the remote device to the server to the remote device back to you...

    The additional delay usually can be compensated for, the issue is, that the games own compensation usually doesn't work anymore when the remote device to server latency drops below 10ms. Atleast this it what player report that streamed from virtual PCs, so I assume that the experience will be similar for Stadia or GeForce Now.

    I more imagine that the current issues with getting ingame VOIP working across the already established platforms might become even more complicated when more are added.

  • The cloud gaming platform I use, I play BF1, BF4 and BF5 with 24 mbps internet speed, although it is not very good in terms of image quality, it offers very fluent gameplay.
