@Trokey66 It's not like controller users will start cancelling their pre orders or not buy the game just because there is M&K support for consoles. It's just millions + the few thousand 'refugees' added to the playerbase as opposed to just the million. I hope you do not think the thousands doesn't matter.

    @FireExhauster Didn't say that did I? But in terms of a business, is it better to bow to the few thousand and risk alienating the millions or retain the status quo?

    And how do you know controller users won't cancel their pre orders if M&KB is supported.

    Seems to me that if it is assumed people won't buy the game because of the lack of support then it is just as reasonable to assume that others won't if it is.

    @Trokey66 But they are not alienating the millions are they? You lose something because of this apart from some newbies sprinkled in your matchmaking? If anything the game gets more players and not less. Would you not buy the game if it had M&K support and they play on a different lobby? Doesn't make sense even from your perspective.

    We have proof of concept for adding in a M&K support. Warzone, fortnite, overwatch and the only complaints I've heard from controller users are how strong a M&K is when compared to a controller (It's reversed in fortnite but it's irrelevant right now). And DICE dealt with it. Opt out. You get a separate lobby. M&K plays vs PC. Simple. Haven't seen a single complaint from those games otherwise. Now it's your turn. Give me proof that people will actually not buy the game if M&K support is added the way we've discussed.

    So many people just in this post requesting for a M&K support that HELPS them. And then there are people who are against it and the end result doesn't matter to them either way except hurt their egos.

    @Trokey66 Earlier comments? You mean the ones that I've read and countered already? Not sure what you are trying to say. You're spewing pointless sentences now to keep yourself relevant and I don't think I'm going to entertain it anymore. I am at a point where I can just quote my old posts directly to counter every argument you throw at me and that's what I'm going to do.

    If you have something 'new' that actually proves your point then go ahead. Or don't bother otherwise.

    Wtf is your problem? M & K has always been supported by console. Since ps3. Try it on ps3 and you will see. People are not gonna cancel the ps5 only because battlefield are gonna support m & k.  We are talking about one game here. How ignorant you have to be to think that few trolls oppinion is more important than thousands of console owners? It is only few trolls that are against it. I know many who own consoles and none of them are against it. Nobody cares at all. It is just an input support. I have owned all consoles. I got ps1, ps2 slim, ps3, ps4 pro, ps5. I always played shooters with m & k. Always owned pc alongside consoles. Ps always supported m & k, just some of the games not implemented it. Just from my friends I know 9 friends who will buy bf2042 if it supports mouse and keyboard. There are potentially millions out there who will buy game because of the native support

    @Babadook30 Explaining certain things to certain people is like speaking to a brick wall. No matter how hard you try to explain, they won't even bother reading and processing it. I guess we just need to accept that there are people that enjoy ruining other people's experience instead of speaking up for their own. I know a lot of people too who are waiting for M&K confirmation before they buy the game. At this point, all we can do is wait. I don't think anyone here is able to put up a valid point as to why there shouldn't be M&K so we've done our job. Now we leave it up to DICE.

    I know it's annoying to have to deal with such people but don't let them force a reaction from you.

    Very valid and mature response 👍. I agree with you and I was thinking to stop replying to those comments before now. 

    Unfortunately there are some trolls, that don't care about whether it will affect them as long as they win. Let's hope Dice will be mature enough to see through those stupid comments. It would be a great addition. I am waiting and the second they confirm m & k support,  same second I am buying ultimate version of the game. 

    It is up to them now. I appreciate your comment brother 👍

    And that is the whole point of the game. Using input you're comfortable with and be the best. Looking forward to competing with you guys
