So it looks like you get 10 hours of gameplay with EA play. Have to go to PRO to get the game with no restrictions. Well nothing comes without the fine print.

EA PLAY (basic) subscription gets you early access of the first two days of the beta (don't have to pre-order).
I'd doesn't deliver the whole game 'free' at launch though it usually releases the game in it's 'vault' before a year has passed.
The version that delivers 'everything' for free on launch day is EA PLAY PRO, which is PC only.
That also means it is not 'free' on Game Pass as that incorporates EA PLAY, not EA PLAY PRO.
Except I'm an EA PlayPro member and it's still trying to get me to pay for the game......I smell a lot of BS re their initial comments.......

As the game is still 6 weeks away, I suspect these are just standard game sales pages.
As you know you have a Pro subscription you just need to wait (and you can download the beta free of course)
It will let you download it 4 days before the game launch's. Its not letting you download it right now because its still in development right now.
