Steam account linked to the wrong EA account — Support chat disconnected

Hello, I have a serious problem. My Steam account is linked to the wrong EA account. That EA account was created with a temporary email address years ago, and I no longer have access to it. Because of this, I cannot unlink it, and now every EA game I purchase on Steam is locked to that inaccessible EA account. I already contacted EA Support through live chat. Unfortunately, after almost 2 hours of answering verification questions, the chat suddenly disconnected, and the entire session was lost. This means I wasted all that time with no solution. When I tried to reconnect, the chat system simply broke, looping endlessly. Right now I am stuck: I cannot access the old EA account (temporary email, no recovery possible). I cannot unlink Steam from it. I cannot link my Steam to my real EA account. I have proof of ownership of my Steam account and purchases (receipts, transaction IDs, Steam ID, etc.) and I am willing to provide them to support directly. Please, I need a real solution. I am tired of answering the same verification questions over and over while nothing moves forward. This is wasting my time and leaves me without access to games I purchased on Steam. My previous case numbers are 220746159 and 220749464. Thank you.
