The problem with entering matches

Hello dear users and players, I have a problem, I can't enter matches, when I load into any mode, a black screen appears for about 10 seconds, and then I get kicked out of the match, and so do the other players. I've tried changing my Nat type, but it doesn't seem to help. I've even changed my static IP, but it hasn't made any difference. I've been struggling with this issue for a week, and I've decided to install it a year after purchasing it through PS Plus as the game of the month. I'm hoping for your assistance and support. P.S. I managed to enter the match after several attempts, but then I couldn't enter it at all.
