BattleField 2042 'Unavailable' on ea store

Question

I bought the edition in steam and it gives me this when trying to download in ea app but then when I try to open it on steam, it gives me this error message. I do not know what to do. I tried contacting ea support but they did not answer.

Not download from Steam, launch from Steam instead
