I have done a bunch and cannot get it to award points for ribbons like in other servers I play that someone else made. In pic 1 you can see the only thing restricted is XP. At the end of playing this server is pic 2 showing I did not get ribbon XP.
I have tried so many things so many times that I am all out of ideas why it won't work.

What settings are you using for the experience? To get "Moderate" it pretty much needs to be vanilla, so too many changes can make it "Restricted".
That's why I posted the picture so people can see. Pic 1 shows only XP restricted which is "moderate". Under that shows the info. It's pretty vanilla.

That is why I asked what settings you are using. Any changes basically, other than using PVP AI, are likely to make the experience restricted XP. You appear to have several modifiers set from what I can see in the screenshots, so that's most likely why.
I just figured it out, it is the map faction. I must admit I had never considered that because I can't see that making sense. Basically it is using 2042 on 1942, etc maps. That seems like an oversight on their part unless anyone can think of a reason? Now I need to do a bunch more testing.
That would fall under modifiers so will change the XP rating of the experience.
If you want to make a Portal experience with moderate XP, then the only things you can really change are map rotation and setting PVP AI. Most other changes will make it restricted XP, unfortunately.
