Experiencing exactly the same issue. It's literally unplayable no matter if low or max settings. Tried pretty much anything to no avail
Setup below:
Ryzen 5700x3d
9070xt
32gb Ram
3tb ssd samsung
1000w
Cyberpunk and any other game (even Stalker 2) run like butter in 1440p but 2042.
We must be grateful to the skins team since now we wouldn't be tempted to waste time and money on another EA game.
