Crash
Game has crashed every night on me since the end of 6 beta. I get 1 map in then game crashes. And i do mean every night. One night i re loaded the game 4 different time to have it crash every time.

If you have any complaints what so ever about a game that's been crashing it will fall on death ears.... if its console base that is.

Why is no one responding to the problems facing ps4 bf2042 version users with constant crashing in games.
There has been quite a few disgruntled users yet no one is communicating trying to resolve this issue?.

Thanks for actually replying, appreciated.
The fault isn't on the ps4 its on the ps4 version of the game. I use the ps5 pro yet its still crashing me also out of the game.
Unfortunately everyone who is having this problem have tried all available steps including. Clear cache, rebuilding database, formatting console, deleting and re installing game but seems to be an in game programming fault because nothing we are trying console end has worked.
Is there any way to contact the actual devs of the game?

Unfortunately, there is no way to contact the developers, but I would suggest contacting EA support so that they are aware of your issue. Try to explain to them that you have the PS4 version of the game on your PlayStation 5 Pro.

very annoying as we are all losing battlepass points upon crashing. But if theres nothing you can do here fair enough but at least you replied with honesty.

EA support redirects players to the forum to centralize feedback, if many players report the same bug, it gives weight to the report.
And it gives visibility to the developers because Community Managers monitor the forum, identify recurring issues, and pass them on to the developers.
But don't worry, other players have reported similar problems to yours.
