EA help

I have downloaded Bf2042 for my ps5, and cannot get in the game. read this issue might be to do with my ea account being linked to my ps4 or that i haven't played for so long my account needs reactivating?

I have been trying for hours with EAhelp but omg I seem to be stuck in an everlasting loop.

I just want to start a chat with someone to sort it out.
