Matchmaking side issues

Myself and my 2 friends have noticed that there’s not much fairness in the matchmaking regarding being put on the side of NATO or PAX. We are 95% of the time put on NATO and never get a fair mix of playing both sides no matter which mode we play and no matter how many hours we play sometimes we will play for 4-5 hours and only be on the NATO side sort this please DICE..
