Missing EA Play Battlefield 2042 Cosmetics

Is it just me ( I assume not ) but I do not receive the monthly EA Play cosmetic rewards for Battlefield 2042. I purchased BF2042 via Steam and use Steam to play it, but it still launches the EA app to play the game. I am also an EA Play Pro subscriber which I am unsure if I will continue since EA does not seem to care about resolving the issue. I have contacted help via help.ea.com several times without any sort of resolution.

I am not convinced the chat help from their help website are equipped to handle such a problem or able to even help in anyway. I hope there is someone from EA that will reach out on this issue as I would love to receive the cosmetic rewards that are supposed to be automatically awarded by logging into play the game. Sadly, I have not received one of those awards the entirety of playing BF2042.

PC Player using Steam to launch the game, EA App also which works fine but no cosmetic rewards.
