Portal Saying no servers found

   About 2 years ago during oct I randomly started having problems hosting portal game whether they were mine or someone else's it would say no server found it doesn't matter what time of the day or how long I spam start  it say no server found I can host random games but few and far between.

   I came back after to years to restart the game and yet still am having the issue I post on Reddit and get no replies so please can someone help me fix this problem? I play one Xbox one x don;t no if that makes a difference
