Re: 4.1 patch downgraded graphics and resolution ps5
Here are some distracting graphical downgrades with the game on the Series X and PS5:
Shadow Pop-in within 15-20meter distance:
MOVING FOWARD pops-in Shadows.
Shadow Pop-in within 15-20meter distance:
MOVING FOWARD pops-in Shadows.
Foliage pop-in within 15meter range)
MOVING FOWARD pops-in foliage LOD.
And the game was already downgraded since the BETA on the PS5 and Series X.
The amount of object, shadow and foliage pop-in is incredibly distraction to a point that it literally takes my attention and breaks the immersion of the game. This is very unacceptable considering the BETA actually looked incredibly good on the Series X and PS5. The BETA even used a higher internal rendering resolution of 1800P (now it’s lower than 1620P most of the time).
(Note that the performance in Orbital is still the same as in the BETA, making these changes irrelevant for that specific map)
