I worked it out - press the square key - the graphics don't make it very clear at all!

- @Richad2048 Thank you. We got there in the end, but it seemed very unclear. After waiting a week, we can now access the game and play it without it crashing after a few minutes. We did think we were going to have to return it! Phew.
