@EA_Leeuw Hello. Thank you for reaching out back to me. No, that is not the issue as I do not have OneDrive or any other cloud-service to back up my desktop folders at all. This issue is now pretty frequent among AMD GPU users on reddit. Only temporary solution to remove those stuters for me was to empty out the cache folder and restrict any write/read capability of system/desktop users to it.
