@Rokebo73 Thank you so much for your help. My husband figured it out (we have the exact same PC's and both factory reset at the same time.) NVIDIA GeForce Driver said it was fully updated, however that wasn't true. You had to go to the website and manually install the automatic driver, and after that manually check for the new driver update. It's been resolved and works now. @DJFox1981

    Didd all that and still not launching. But have the game on series X also and it works there. So just gonna wait for this to get resolved because it's bonkers what is going in with EA and PC issues for the moment.

    Work in a electronics store and a lot of people have problems now with EA games.

    So it will either be fixed or there is gonna be little to do in Battlefield when MW2 hits.
