Re: Crossplay turned off problems !

I think that the mods are entirely missing the point of the post here, this isn't really a technical issue but instead intended game design by Dice. The issue isn't that its an infinite loading screen it that not enough people have joined the match to star the game. As with every other battlefield game there has to be a minimum player count for the match to start (even though the devs stated that every server would have the ability to have bots fill all open slots) the minimum player count for a match to start seems to be 32v32 or 64 players in total and the problem is that the devs didn't account for +90% of the community only playing crossplay on only. We have the same issues over here on PC where sometimes you would never find a match on Breakthrough due to low player counts, something to notice is that you will be in the same lobby of players 17 times in a row and no change indicating that's it for the cross-play off servers. What needs to happen is the player count to be lowered even further so its possible to play without cross-play on most of the time. Sad to see that cross-play off would be so dead.

I don't think this is a player count issue as prior to Wednesday this was not an issue. I have had cross play off since BF2042 was released (early access) and it worked in all game modes. Now if EA changed how cross play is enabled and disable in the game which inadvertently causes a play count issue thereafter I believe that is well within their wheelhouse to correct the issue.
