Glad to read that you've found the cause of the issue. But I personally won't completely turn it off. Maybe make an exclusion for the game and EA anticheat?

May I ask what kind of AV-software you're using?

    hey can you help me, i have same problem and already turn off windows defender, but nothing changed. can you help me to fix this?
