The game crashed within one or two minutes without any error reports, and all possible methods have been tried. If there are errors in the game, please fix them as soon as possible.     @Rokebo73 I have added all the storage disks on my computer and updated the latest drivers in the Windows Security Center - Virus and Threat Protection - Exclusion section, but it still doesn't work. I estimate that there may be a bug in the game program. I will try again in the next game update, hoping that the problem can be solved. I have spent more than 20 hours trying various solutions to this problem. Apart from the antivirus program that comes with Windows, there are no other antivirus programs on my computer, and 2042 is the only game that I cannot play on my computer. Some games even crash when I enter the room.

    @Rokebo73 No, I just switched to an old mouse and when I enter the 2042 game room, it crashes. In Steam's game properties - Verify Game Integrity, every game verification will show that three files are missing, and then Steam will automatically download the missing three files
    EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.dll，EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe，preloader_l.dll。
    But the funny thing is, based on my observation, the verification process first deleted the three files above, and then it showed that the three files were missing, and Steam downloaded them again. I think the reason may be that the EA anti cheat file has bugs in adapting to certain computers, and the game itself should not have any problems. And I am not the only one who has experienced this situation. There are many people who have the same problem, but miraculously, another group of people can function normally.
    Additionally, in previous tests, I have followed the method provided in this article to start and shut down almost all program services in safe mode, but there have been no significant changes. Many people have already refunded due to these malicious bugs, but I don't want a refund. I just want to see if this game can be played in future updates
