Re: Expired credentials and duplicere email

Going to the EA Help link is how we got this forum. There isn't any way to get an actual person to assist. I am in the process of getting a refund for this game.

It downloaded fine, but when I try to play, before I can do anything, I get a message saying that "Since it's been such a long time since I logged into my EA account, login information has been sent to (email address).  The problem is that the email shown is not mine. Looks like my old account got hacked, but I can't get. ahold of anyone to assist on the EA side, so for now....I'm returning the game.
