On both I have crashed.
@EA_Atic I have the base Xbox series X controller that comes with the console. If this is the kind of info you needed or is there a specific serial number required?

A quick question, What Xbox controller do everyone have?
/AticThe original Xbox Series X controller.
I was able to get zero crashes without using my wireless Headset. As soon as i use my headset it crashes the game. Got through 10 Minutes before complete shutdown. I think I'm about to get into double digits on the amount of times it has done it.
I'm currently using Turtle Beach Stealth 700 Gen 2 - Running Firmware Version 2.0.3.0 - Connected via Xbox's own connection method - Fully up to date.
Xbox Series X - Standard Series X controller - Fully up to date.
XBOX OS version 10.0.22000.2656 - Fully up to date.
Console is set to 4HK UHD 120HZ.
- @L3GG I tried that too. I have the Astro A50 Gen 4 but didn't worked for me. Still crashes.
I have had crashing issues occur whether I am using my wireless headset or not. Wireless headset is Steelseries Arctis 9X. Running at 4K HDR resolution, 60hz refresh rate.
- @EA_Atic Razer Wolverine Ultimate and the headphones are Razer Kraken
Just tried plugging in my blackshark v2 via my chatpad and yeah it powered off again, so I'm guessing its whatever headset is plugged in something between the xbox UI and the game engine don't like each other. I don't understand it I can only assume. With EA games I've always had console power off when using headsets until they are patched. It happened in Mass Effect Legacy when it first came out and use to happen a lot in FIFA. M.E. is on Unreal Engine but for FIFA to do the same I bet its some underlying code that's never been fixed and just always patched per game on the Frostbite engine.
At least I'm having the full BF4 nostalgia broken launch again though so there's that.
Shutting off while playing without headset too.
- @EA_Atic Just using the XSX controller that ships with the console.
Regular one that came with the series X. Nothing else connected. Well ventilated. It's a joke tbh.
