If you feel you have been incorrectly banned, you can dispute any action against your EA account by following the steps in this article:

I got my response back and they are leaving the ban in place. I have not cheated in any sort of way. I don't know if their anti-cheat flagged my FPS counter or anything else. Is there a way you can please bring this to a higher up? I don't know why I got banned, I truly don't. I have spent over a 100 dollars on this game and I've been banned in less than 72 hours for cheating without evidence. PLease, I have very little to no recourse versus EA. I just want to play the game I bought and paid for.

I just saw an email this morning also notifying me that I’ve been banned.

I’ve literally played the game a handful of time and NEVER cheated in my life. This is insane.

@Pollywaffler I have tried all appeals and they won't reverse the ban. No explanation for what I did was given. I have mailed the EA legal department to dispute this through arbitration. Wild .

@EA_Barry I was banned for no reason and wasn't even playing at the time of the ban it makes no sense? I mean you guys need to make sure your anti-cheat doesn't detect other software like Razr synapse I am beyond annoyed. I have sent in an appeal and now have to wait a month to play all this is doing is driving another player away from the already dwindling numbers....
