@2LateAgain  @skyquake12 I had the same problem but managed to find a solution after some angry googling..

Navigate to C:\Users\[USERNAME]\Documents\Battlefield 2042\settings\

Make a backup of file called PROFSAVE_profile

Open PROFSAVE_profile with notepad

Change GstAudio.TTSEnabled 1 to GstAudio.TTSEnabled 0
