I don't have a new character to choose from. although already level 10 passes. also not available skin for premium for an angel.

- @jekosik-kokosik The new character was not available to me until I played one round of the new map.
You don't have to play a round of the new map, you just have to reach level 4 on the Battlepass.
For Premium players thats an instant unlock, for other players...thats about 1 round of 2042 worth of assignments.
I have BP level 10. I have a new helicopter available, but the new hero is not available (((

/Atic The BP list indicates that the specialist is available. but it is not possible to select it, unlike skins, . and new helicopters
- EA_AticI understand that, levelling up your soldier might trigger the grant for you. Its why we ask you test to rank up one time. @jekosik-kokosik,
/Atic @EA_Atic I managed to level when I was playing last night and Lis was still locked for me while the guys I was playing with both had her.
Everything else from the battlepass was selectable for me, just not her.
I am now level 16 and Lis is still not unlocked but is shaded in!
I am playing on PC and i have the Gold edition some of the skins are also shaded out!
I have done a repair on the game!
I have restarted Origin
I have restarted my PC various times!
what else needs to be done to use these items?

I am having the same issue. I have Premium active I am lvl 15 in season/battle pass.
INSTANT Premium rewards (4 of them) and then lvl 1,2,3 and 4 (which is Lis Specialist) DID NOT unlock for me. I believe I lvl 5 and upwards rewards - they are working fine and are selectable.
But INSTANT up to level 4 are didn't unlock for me.
Can you be more specific about leveling up a soldier?
Are you talking about jumping to a higher Tier with a specialist?
I cannot select LIS because she is greyed out. Its on wind power at the moment lots of huffing & puffing 😛
Yes when you level up past Tier 4 Lis should have been unlocked but hasn't for some of us!

Yes I believed I played for good few hours yesterday and I did level up from S076 to S077 but LIS is still locked. Hopefully You guys & time gonna fix this before next week starts I would very much like to play a Specialist from my country 🙂
Also please do have in mind of Instant Premium rewards that didn't unlock for me and lvl 1, 2 and 3 (aside of Lis lvl 4).
PSN (playing Ps4) PhoenixGreen // BF 2042 Ultimate Ed. Ps4 & Ps5 * i have same problem and i have ranked up 2 times, still the same thing so it doesnt help.
Still no LIS unlock. We shouldn't have to contact support to access the content, especially when support just tells us to wait. Everyone is pushing the workaround to someone else.
