I can cofirm this is still also on series x after the patch.

Extra info: Happens everytime there no loading screen, and also if yous join a game that has already started which does not show the loading screen.

Also resets custom presets on transports removes the repair settings, pain in the butt lol jumping into transport to find out you not got the extra repair lol

Work around close the game and restart.
