Re: NOT FIXED! Unable to Connect with Error Code 1:3300J:15021:-10571258760:0B?

Hey @FurmanSK,

The connection errors that end with 0B are unfortunately just general 'unable to connect' errors, which means that your game is not able to contact the Battlefield 2042 servers at all.

We’ve got basic and advanced troubleshooting steps on EA Help to help you with your connection.

Try these steps first to see if they help you stay connected while you’re playing:

Basic:  http://x.ea.com/ea/basic-connection-ts

Advanced:  http://x.ea.com/ea/advanced-connection-ts

Our number one tip is to hardwire your PC to your router. Hardwiring is the best way to have the most stable connection.

Please follow the link(s) below to perform platform-specific troubleshooting:

For more troubleshooting or other things to try, please reach out to your internet service provider (ISP).

  • This is allready checked. it still end up with the same error for Unable to connect.

even retyre / quit doenst work in the game, it keeps reloping... afther the latest patch/update.

  • @EA_Leeuw I do not accept this as the solution. Don't appreciate you coming in here telling me the same BS that I have tried on my own and at the direction of the online help chat support from EA that I outlined above in my original post. Those things I tried gave no solution then and you spewing it out to me again does not help. You are acting like we're children who have NO idea how to work our computer when in reality you should be taking this and all the other users feedback back to the devs and letting them know that we can't play this game when everything is working just fine with other games and internet, even on the same platform, EA App. Explain that. Explain why I can play other EA titles from the same EA App but I can't play BF 2042?

This can't be a "general" error that you pawn off on me as having no internet connection or that there is something wrong with my internet when I clearly state that I was able to play TWO other EA titles (Battlefield V and Battlefield Bad Company 2) after trying Battlefield 2042.

    Any more bright ideas?
  • Also, I want to point out I am not having the same issues as others have described. One guy stated they lose internet when launching the game. Doesn't happen to me. As I said I can play other EA titles and am able to get to the internet. I even stated that I watched packets with Wireshark app that lets you inspect stuff. Found a ea URL for what looks like their game servers but when you try to ping it or go to it, it doesn't respond. This doesn't mean its not up or something is blocking it on my end, it just means you all probably ignore ping requests and you can't go to it in the browser because it is probably not a website and therefore it's not going to respond in the browser. The URL is qoscoordinator.gameservices.ea.com. Seems its something that determine Quality of Service (QoS) for your game servers. Hmm maybe there's a bug with that server when it tries to determing the quality of service of the network its lauched on.

  • @FurmanSK  @TeRRaN1VA same here. I can quit BFV2042, launch the app and play BFV, BF1 with no problem. I have been doing this for many, many, years. My latest build houses a 4090, and came close to 4k, now you know why I am not happy.  I just want to play BF2042 ☹️

  • @Grogu1138 Nice,

Bud it still sucks!... and those forum admins are no use @ all.
that latest update broke things... bud they still don`t get that!

@FurmanSK, because not all games, software, or other things work the same, unfortunately.

  • @EA_Leeuw Sure, I agree they aren't the same nor work exactly the same, but when I see a URL that I linked above stating that it's a QoS coordinator game services server and I bet it's used to determine the quality of internet service for their game servers. Reason I believe this is because they named it with a generic name, not qoscoordinator.bf2042.ea.com. And why reinvent the wheel? I'm a software dev with over 10 years, we rarely want to reinvent the wheel if there's code already working somewhere else.

Again, all we are asking is that you please give this to the developers at DICE to help figure out because it's a problem as you can see with so many others commenting on my post. I went 24 hours before I could play this game. During that 24 hours, I could play other games, browse the internet, stream TV/Movies and chat with friends in discord. So it's obviously not a network issue on my end. I'm willing to bet it's something on the server end since I did thoroughly test all possible issues.
  • @EA_Leeuw Today I tried to play 4 times, 3 out of 4 games ended with this error. In 2 out of 3 games, I noticed delay 112 and 300+ms, with an average delay of 46ms (region - Asia, Kazakhstan). This has never happened during the year. Ping to google.com 13ms, no problems from the ISP, ffs, pass the information to the developers. You definitely changed something during the last month, which led to this problem.
  • I've been able to play the game for 4-5 days, and now the same error is present again. I've tried everything but the game still doesn't works, I've also reinstalled windows from scratch but still nothing solves the issue.

Is EA aware of the problem and working on a patch?
