It looks like the servers are up now so we'll troubleshoot this. Try rebuilding your database with the steps here and restore your licenses with these instructions.

    Thanks for trying. We'll keep troubleshooting this. Next. I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. 

    If that doesn't help, check your router for a firmware update. Also, while checking those settings, make sure UPnP is enabled.
