It sounds like you've tried playing both through Steam and the EA App. Is that correct?

Something else to try is using alternate DNS settings with the instructions here.

    Yes, i also tried alternate DNS settings such as 8.8.8.8 that didnt worked so i tried 1.1.1.1 that also didnt worked and regarding from which app i tried to open the game it dosen't matter if i run the game from steam because whenever i try to open the game from steam the EA app automatically turns on,
