It's probably your cpu is not powerful enough for 3080Ti. I have same cpu with rx 590 which is pretty old and unrelative gpu and can run any map without issues. I run it on ultra settings on 40ish fps but medium/high combo gave me 60fps which my cpu runs at 80 percent at least. You need to upgrade your cpu if you want to play on higher qualities.

This game is massively CPU bound, that 3600 although a great CPU just is not cutting it in this game, it's a 6 core 12 thread fairly "low" clocked CPU.

I went from a 8086k (6 core 12 thread running at 5ghz) to a 12900k (8 core 24 thread — has e-cores) and it was a night and day difference. My GPU usage on a 3090 was low too, would dip into the 60% usage, now it sits happily in the 95%+ range even when 128 players are all in the same area. Even now, on this CPU, 3 of the cores are being utterly hammered 90-100% usage, and i'm still CPU bound.

tl;dr, game is insanely CPU intensive, the 3600 is just not quick enough to give the 3080ti the frames it wants in this game. Game is a bag of * performance wise.

True,but frames are still okay 1% low is around 50 fps which isn't that imo. AVG fps are 80-100 after recent patch. I mean i'm not an expert,but i think this can be fixe as we have many games with 100+ players on a map and everything runs well BF2042 is the only game that has this issue also CPU doesn't have constant 100% load it's keeps at 50-70% , but what i noticed at the loading screen it can stuck at 100% which seems weird to me
