It doesn't seem like they know the email we use to sign in to EA Help or our IGN.
I'm not sure about needing to mention what game we're talking about, but I wrote a script that I want to say to them with all the info for future encounter.- @🤭SerendipityOo Didn't work for me.
I contacted the real-time support (Page 1) and he wasn't able to help me except saying to ask help here.
How it is possible de let this kind of bug in the game ? Rewards are one of the most attractive things players want...

@DecreeNo9NP it was a friend of mine that told me she lost the weekly mission tab. I got mine through EA Help(thank for the buggy game) and barely ever looked at that panel anyway since my weekly mission was more bugged than working.

Hey everyone,
The last few patches have introduced fixes for the various bugs that could cause this issue, therefore we see this issue now as resolved and the thread will be closed.
However, if you're still experiencing this issue during one of the upcoming weekly missions, feel free to start a new thread!
