Re: [Xbox Series X]Unable to use crossplay

Well I'm on Xbox Series X, as evident by the title reference, and they are on Windows running it through PC Game Pass. Obviously, we aren't playing the same version of the game, that's not possible, which is the whole reason crossplay is supposed to be a thing that works. But in either case,to answer your question, I'm playing the Xbox Series X version of the game and they are playing the Windows Game Pass version(idk what that version is called, idk). In any case, based on every bit of information we can find online - including from the ever useless EA 'Help Center') we SHOULD be able to play together given the compatibility requirements of crossplay.

@Sigorax613 I'd still double check you are running the Series X version (that's the same one which PC uses). Generally speaking, if you can't find a PC player with their EA ID or vice versa, it's because both players aren't on the same version of the game.

Edit: Just searched for your name as it appears here on the Series X version and found you with no trouble, so the above is likely not the problem. Potentially your friend needs to look at their privacy settings in that case.
