Sound cuts out

Hi using Astro A50x and once every 10-12 games the sound cuts out for 5-10 seconds. Turning on and off has no effect. I have to leave game and go to main menu. 

Clearly sound is a huge part of locating the enemy apart from the large red tags on enemy players lol.
