Can you let me know if you have done a Full EA Anti-Cheat reinstall (Not repair)
As part of this you would need to > Remove and then Delete any residual folders within Program Files and Program Data, then let the game do a clean reinstall.
Secondly can you let me know if you've tried doing a clean boot test? If unsure how to do a clean boot you can follow the instructions here.
As part of this disable any Non Microsoft services + Startup apps. Sometimes there can be interference from 3rd party software such as RGB controllers/Monitoring tools like iCue, Armoury Crate, MSI Afterburner etc. That could potentially cause the Anticheat to not allow you to open the game.
Try these steps and let us know if they make a difference and if not and you're still running into the problem let me know so I can look into this with you
You been on here talking and still no answer about why I keep getting error messages when trying just start the game up. I have been trying now for over 5 hours and not a single word from anyone at EA with assistance. I would like to play the stupid game I paid a dumb amount for.
They're just wasting our time with their ridiculous answers. They're clueless about how to find a solution. The game crashes after the anti cheat update, and they're suggesting things that will mess up our computer settings.
So i’ve did everything you said in your post and nothing worked I really wanna play bf5 so please if u can help me I would appreciate it considering i have pored in a lot of hours on this game

Next step would be to provide us with a DxDiag so we can look a bit further and see if there is anything causing the Anticheat to work incorrectly or prevent you from opening the game.
