Add a blood and gore toggle?

I'm a long time fan of the battlefield series, but there are many people that have some reservations with blood and gore, and i am one who is more uncomfortable with it than i once was. In multiplayer, there could be a simple "Blood & Gore" toggle that would possibly encourage thousands of or tens of thousands of people to buy the game that wouldn't have otherwise.

Yes, i'm aware it is an FPS and that it simulates combat, but that is in itself not a reason to necessarily include blood and gore fx. Some other AAA games have blood toggles, and i think both i and a significant minority of players would appreciate that little switch, just to make the game more enjoyable for us to play. Many, many changes have been made to the series over the years, and maybe this could be one of them.
