Armored Vehicles Feel Too Weak Against RPGs - Please Strengthen them.

Hi Battlefield team,

Battlefield 6 is really awesome, but I think there’s a problem with the armored vehicles. In the open beta, I noticed they feel way too weak against RPGs. In older Battlefield games, it usually took 5–6 hits to take out a tank, but now it only takes around 3–4. That makes it extremely hard for tank players to stand up against even one skilled engineer player.

Because of this, armored vehicles lose their roles as offensive weapons — especially in the Breakthrough mode. Instead, most players end up using them as giant sniper rifles.

It’d be great if you could either give armored vehicles a bit more protection or lower the RPG damage against them. I think that would make the gameplay more balanced and fun.

Thanks for listening, and keep up the great work!

Maybe this applied more to the IFV. The MBT I think is perfectly well balanced, but the IFV is a total pushover.

Yes, the tank may be improved if equipped with APS later, just like in BF4, but the IFV is too easily destroyed.

It will include tank customisation, such as ADS, when it launches. We should wait for it, then give them valid feedback.

You’re right, and now I think maybe the maps also have some impact on the performance of armored vehicles. The current released maps are too crowded, so they can get hit from many directions, and it’s very difficult for them to counterattack.
