Battlefield 6 blurry and pixelated

I'm playing on PC and I'm playing on an rx7600 with 32 GB of RAM and 8 GB of vram my game is extremely blurry and pixelated even when I'm playing at 1440p high settings I've turned off TAA, vignette, chromatic aberration, upscaling ,film grain, and other stuff no matter what I do it still looks blurry and pixelated looking at a car I can't even read the license plate when I get closer to these objects it finally is clear but I have to get extremely close to them in order for them to not be pixelated or blurry and to see them clearly. and on top of all this my PC is really loud while I'm playing
