I play M/K these day's and for anyone to have legit opinion about OP aim assist is not wrong! I am 41 years old, and used to game on console a lot. It seems like the kids nowadays need OP assistance to feel great! Back in the day, aim assist was zero to nothing and I did great without it! What ever happened to gaining muscle memory and actually getting good? A little assistance doesn't harm anyone but, when games like COD and Apex etc are literally borderline aim bot and aiming for you, it takes the skill and fun away from the game play.
ive been playing Shooters since i was 3 years old. COD is the only one with broken AA, Apex isnt even broken 3 MNK players just won the last Lan ffs lmao, that Esport is 50/50 controller MNK, Apex is as balanced as it gets.
But BF6? that **bleep** has an MNK advantage because the controls on controller out of the box are so utterly dogs*** that you need to chang 50 different things before its even usable, meanwhile MNK players can just snipe like theyre clicking the x button on a browser, my nan could snipe with a Mouse, so when you all cry about AA and controller being OP and blah blah blah blah blah remember how easy sniping with a mouse is. i found it straight HILARIOUS the first time i ever sniped on MNK coming from controller
Yeah High level players on Apex will dominate for sure on MK but controller will do 70 percent of the gamers who are casual on Apex with that rotational aim lock. I agree on the sniping 100 percent MK dominates over Roller! I did play BF6 on PS5 testing it, so I know how sh#tty it feels but for me. MnK is also terrible with it's trolley like floatey feel I hate it!
I have no problem with controller aiming in general if I suck I suck. Sometimes aim Assist can lock only if you are a great player, the casuals who just run around roller usually get steam rolled by a half decent MnK player.i'll have to try MNK again today but the hour i had using it yesterday it felt okay to me, maybe its bugged for some people rn but from what i felt it was smooth

Okay, now it's clear that you're full of it. Switching to MnK after using a controller all your life isn't an easy transition. Using a mouse doesn't mean you just get to click on heads either. You have to track enemies in a 3d environment, not click a box on a spreadsheet.
You say that you can use both, but have to go back to check mouse out again? Moving it around for a second in the game isn't the same as playing. A mouse may feel more intuitive and better to use, but there's no assist. Every controller player I see posting a video have no problem moving around nearly as fast as MnK user, and then have the added benefit of the game essentially aiming for them. Once they see a player, they're literally locking onto them. No sway, no jittering, just locked on with their laser gun.
If you can't feel the aim assist in 2042, then I don't know what to tell you. It's strong. COD might be more so, I don't play it, but 2042 has some of the strongest assist out there.
Comeback to us after you turn AA for week and see how well you can do without it. Hint, it's doing most of the work for you.
I was playing the likes of Goldeneye before aim assist ever existed mate, my favourite sniping games didnt even have aim assist on snipers, I know full well how much it does for me and how much it doesn’t do for me, as for switching over to MNK, the only hard part is remembering where the key binds are and tracking, I’ve used computers all my life, so using the mouse flicking with a sniper was already second nature.
