BF6 Beta Feedback

The beta was genuinely enjoyable—I had a great time playing with the squad! That said, there are a few areas that clearly need improvement. Here are the key points I noticed:

🔧 Netcode
The netcode still needs significant work. Stability and hit registration felt inconsistent at times.

🎯 Auto-Spotting:
Auto-spotting is overly forgiving. You get spotted even through smoke or while moving randomly, which undermines stealth and tactical play. It makes the battlefield feel too exposed and predictable.

🔒 Weapon Locking:
Weapons should be restricted by class. When everyone can use any weapon, class roles lose their identity and the gameplay becomes chaotic. Locking weapons by role would reinforce team dynamics and encourage players to master their specific roles.

🌐 Server Browser
The lack of a server browser negatively impacts the multiplayer experience. Many players prefer choosing servers based on mode, ping, or playstyle. Adding a browser would solve a lot of matchmaking issues.

🚁 Helicopters:
Helicopters currently feel underwhelming unless heavily reinforced or facing weak countermeasures—or both. Maneuverability is decent, but it feels more like flying a tank than piloting an agile attack chopper.
RPGs are extremely fast, making helicopters easy to take down and reducing their battlefield value. Pilot missiles also feel inaccurate and unreliable. A slight buff to offensive capabilities and missile precision would go a long way. “Fire and forget,” as they say.

🗺️ Map Feedback

Siege of Cairo
Fantastic map. Smooth layout and intuitive flow. I had a blast from start to finish. It’s a bit tight for vehicles, but that didn’t detract much from the experience. Great work overall.

Iberian Peninsula

Solid and enjoyable map, though the color grading feels heavy. The blue tones give off a gloomy vibe, especially since it resembles Liberation Peak, where the palette fits better.
Gameplay is smooth, destruction levels are satisfying, and infantry combat feels well-paced. However, spawn traps are frustrating, and vehicles feel sidelined with minimal impact—this needs adjustment.

Empire State
Beautifully crafted with impressive detail, but it’s chaotic. Enemies can approach from any angle, and there’s no clear frontline. It’s a fun change of pace, but I hope this design doesn’t become the norm.

Liberation Peak
Unfortunately, this map didn’t click for me. Breakthrough mode heavily favors one team, and Conquest turns into a sniper fest. Despite its size, player movement is funneled into narrow paths, which wastes the open space.
Helicopters lack cover, and tanks/jeeps are restricted despite the map’s scale. A review of pathing and cover placement is needed to restore vehicle relevance and dynamic gameplay.

✅ Final Thoughts
The beta was packed with fun moments and strong potential. If these issues are addressed, the final release could be something truly special. Looking forward to it with excitement!

-I wish there were a chance to be in the BF labs. I genuinely hope to receive an invitation to join Battlefield Labs   It would be an honor to help refine and elevate the experience
