I have the same issue like a lot of people on laptop rtx 4090, ddr5 32gb ram i9-13900hx i have on cpu 30 frames. Game also was unplayable while having EA overlay. <constant delay lag> felt lile i was gliding on ice and enemies teleporting. After disabeling its just cpu bottleneck. Very poorly optimized game unless you have desktop pc for 10000 €
