Tried to linked my Sony account to me EA account but it says it's already linked to some random address that is note mine.
No idea what that means, maybe get in touch with EA help for that.

That message usually means that the account has been disabled or made dormant by EA. You can try requesting a password using your account email address, as that sometimes reactivates the account, but otherwise you'll need to contact EA Help, as the others mentioned.
